The two trade associations – the British Holiday and Home Parks Association (BH&HPA) and the National Caravan Council (NCC) – will have stands as will Caravan Industry Training (CITO).

The show is open from 10am until 5pm on Tuesday and Wednesday and until 4pm on Thursday.

REGISTRATION. Any dealer or park operator and staff may attend: please pre-register by clicking please pre-register by clicking here; those who pre-register will simply call into the Registration marquee to collect their badges and lunch tickets. Others must register in this marquee on arrival. The official badges must be worn on site at all times.

Entrance for anyone involved in the caravan industry is free; car parking is also free.
Dealers and park operators are advised that they must not invite their customers on the trade days.

Bona fide caravan dealers and park operators will be provided with lunch; other visitors are able to buy lunch and refreshments. Coffee, tea, etc., is served in The Lawns Centre throughout each day.

• Over the weekend prior, 4th and 5th September, the show will be open to the public as the Caravan Extravaganza, giving the public their first opportunity to see the 2011 models. The same manufacturers exhibit but a number of the supplies and services companies which deal only with the trade do not take part and a number of others take their place.

This exhibition attracted more than 24,000 visitors in 2009.
Parking is free; admission is £3 per person or £7 per family or a carload.

Park operators and dealers may wish to arrange coach trips for existing or potential customers. Coaches should be booked in in advance; the charge is £35 (plus VAT), which covers entry for all passengers on the coach. Details are on the invitation cards.
